Frequently Asked Questions
Considering Mesh Integration, Meshless Integration, or another hair loss solution? We know taking the first step can feel overwhelming. Our goal is to make the process comfortable, private, and completely personalized to you.
Here’s everything you need to know before getting started.
How do I book a consultation?
Start by clicking the Consultation link and completing our online consultation form. Please provide as much information as possible so we can get a better understanding of your hair, hair loss, and goals.
Once your form is submitted, we will review it and contact you by email within 2–3 business days. You’ll then receive an invoice for your non-refundable consultation fee. Once payment is received, we’ll schedule your consultation.
Do you offer virtual consultations?
Yes! Consultations are available in person or virtually through Zoom, making it possible to start your hair journey even if you don’t live nearby.
What happens during my consultation?
This is your time to tell me your story.
We’ll talk about your hair history, current hair loss or thinning, concerns, lifestyle, expectations, and what you would ultimately love your hair to look like.
I’ll also explain the different options available, including Mesh Integration, Meshless Integration, and other hair enhancement solutions, and help determine which option may be best suited for your individual needs.
This is a judgment-free, private conversation. Hair loss can be incredibly personal, and you deserve to feel comfortable asking questions and exploring your options.
What should I have ready for my consultation?
If your consultation is virtual, having clear photos of your hair and areas of concern can be extremely helpful. Photos in natural lighting showing the front, sides, back, top, and areas where you are experiencing thinning or hair loss will give me a better understanding of what we’re working with.
If you have inspiration photos of the hair you would love to have, bring those too!
How do I know if I need Mesh or Meshless Integration?
You don't have to figure that out on your own—that's exactly what your consultation is for!
Every head of hair and every hair loss journey is different. The amount and location of your natural hair, your lifestyle, desired result, and other factors will help determine which system is best for you.
Do I have to have severe hair loss to qualify?
Not necessarily. Hair integration isn't only for complete or advanced hair loss. These systems may be an option for people experiencing thinning, low density, visible scalp, localized hair loss, or more significant hair loss where traditional extensions may not provide the coverage needed.
Your consultation will help us determine your options.
Will my hair look natural?
Creating a result that blends beautifully with your natural hair is one of our biggest priorities. Your system is customized around your hair color, density, desired length, texture, coverage needs, and overall goals.
The goal isn't for people to notice your hair system—the goal is for them to notice how amazing your hair looks.
Can I wash and style my hair normally?
In most cases, yes! One of the benefits of an integration system is being able to enjoy your hair as part of your everyday life.
However, these systems do require specific home care and maintenance. You'll receive instructions on washing, styling, products, brushing, sleeping, and caring for your system so you can protect your investment and keep it looking its best.
How much does hair integration cost?
Because every system is completely customized, there isn't one price that fits everyone. Pricing depends on factors such as the type of system, amount of coverage needed, hair length, density, color, and customization required.
After your consultation, we'll be able to discuss the recommended option and associated investment.
Is the consultation fee refundable?
No. Consultation fees are non-refundable. Your consultation reserves dedicated time for us to evaluate your needs, discuss your options, answer your questions, and begin creating a personalized plan.
Do you accept insurance?
We can provide documentation that may allow qualifying clients to submit their hair replacement system to their insurance company for possible reimbursement.
If you have a medical reason for your hair loss, you'll need documentation from a medical provider confirming the medical reason for the hair loss.
Insurance coverage varies by provider and individual policy, and reimbursement is not guaranteed. We always recommend checking directly with your insurance company to understand your specific benefits and requirements.
What happens after my consultation?
If you decide you're ready to move forward, we'll walk you through the next steps for your customized system. Depending on the solution selected, this may include choosing your hair, color matching, customization, ordering, scheduling your installation, and discussing maintenance.
You'll know what to expect before moving forward—no surprises.
How often will I need maintenance?
Maintenance varies depending on the system, your natural hair growth, lifestyle, and individual needs. During your consultation and installation, we'll explain the recommended maintenance schedule and what you can expect long-term.
Hair integration is an investment that requires an ongoing maintenance commitment, and we want you to understand that commitment before getting started.
I'm embarrassed about my hair loss. Will my consultation be private?
Absolutely.
We understand how emotional and personal hair loss can be. Your consultation is a safe, judgment-free space where you can talk openly about what you're experiencing.
You don't need to apologize for your hair, explain why it bothers you, or wait until your hair loss becomes "bad enough" to ask for help.
We're here to listen, educate you on your options, and help you find a solution that makes you feel confident again.
Still Have Questions?
That's what your consultation is for. You don't have to know which system you need or have everything figured out before reaching out.
Take the first step by completing our consultation form. From there, we'll guide you through the rest.
